Public/Military Projects Completed::

Rome Air Force Base – Modernization of VTC Room – Rome NY 

This 2 month project included the modernization of an existing Video Teleconference (VTC) Room Building B106 for the Rome Air Force Research Laboratory at Rome Research Site including: sitework, concrete, masonry, steel, insulation, doors and windows, finishes, fire protection, HVAC and electrical modifications.

Oswego County DMV and Records Center – Oswego NY 

An addition and alteration project at the existing Oswego County DMV and Records Building consisting of general construction, concrete masonry metals, woods, millwork, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, furnishing, earthwork and exterior improvements and utilities.

Onondaga County DOT Camillus Facility – Warners NY.
Both structure and selective demolition, reconstruction including foundation improvements. The maintenance building expansion, including the removal of the equipment re-fueling station and infilling the available site with a 24,000 SF pre-engineered metal long span building, between two existing metal buildings. Components of this project included upgrades to toilet rooms, training room, management office, repair bays and parts storage. Site work also included complete fuel station and access roads allowing truck and car flow.

Onondaga Cty Children/Family Services 6th + 7th Floor – Syracuse NY.
-Renovations to the 7th Floor of the Civic Center which encompassed the provision for new office areas, finishes and MEP. Renovations to the 6th Floor office including restrooms, refinishing of existing doors, painting trim, millwork and EMS. 

Onondaga Canine Rescue Facility – Jamesville NY.
-New construction of pre-engineered building and appurtenances to house Canine Rescue Facility at Jamesville Correctional Facility.

OSR/CM Erie Canal Museum first floor renovations.

Onondaga Cty – OnCenter War Memorial – Syracuse NY

OSR -New ADA Compliant Elevator, Telescopic Seating, Locker Room Additions, Floor finishes, Concrete Slab Repairs and New Roof

Town of Schuyler Office Building – Utica, NY

General Contractor for construction of a new 9500 sq ft town office building and associated site improvements.

Department of Corrections-  Jamesville, NY
-OSR Roofing Project. Removal/replacement of roof systems to include four different roof systems to be monitored by the County for one year to determine roof efficiency under similar conditions. EPDM/TPO/TPO with double insulation/TPO with vegetative roof system. Masonry resoration with block removal and replacement to correct water issues.

Onondaga County Civic Center-Syracuse, NY.
-Renovation project throughout the Civic Center Complex involving: general construction,
fire protection, electrical and HVAC contracts, and a new elevated pedestrian bridge at the
15th and 16th Floors.

Air Force Research Lab/IFKO, Griffiss Air Force Base-Rome, NY.
-Government contract for maintenance work and ongoing renovation of multiple buildings
for the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Griffiss Air Force Base and Government
Funded Research Campus.

GLDC Center For Assurance-Rome, NY.
-General Contractor for renovations of a 19,000 sq. ft. two-story building.

Northeast Air Defense (NEADS) Combat Center Addition-Rome, NY.
-General Contractor for a 3,000 sq. ft. addition to the 700-Combat Center Facility at the
Northeast Air Defense-Griffiss Air force Base.

Mowhawk Valley Edge, Building 778 Additions & Alterations-Rome, NY.
-Two-story building addition and interior office renovations and tenant fit-out
20,000 sq. ft. building at Griffiss Business & Technology Park.

Rosamond Gifford Zoo PENGUIN EXHIBIT-Syracuse, NY.
-4,949 sq. ft. addition which included construction of two new buildings, a pool area,
replicated rock work and underwater viewing windows for the new Penquin Exhibit.

New York Power Authority, Clark Energy Center-Marcy, NY.
-Security improvements Project Phase II.  Security upgrading pertaining to the perimeter
fencing system, lighting, cameras and controls.
-Line Crew Facility Building-construction of a pre-engineered metal building Security
Improvements Project-construction of a high security fencing system including related site
improvements.

Central New York Regional Market Authority-Syracuse, NY.
-Phase I Renovations to the Central New York Regional Market, including: asbestos abatement,
renovation of existing wholesale vendor buildings, loading docks, and associated site work.

U.S. Postal Service Taft Road Mail Processing and Distribution Center-North Syracuse, NY.
–General Contractor for entrance modifications, cafeteria upgrade and alterations to the
 vehicle maintenance facility.
