This project consisted of renovation to an existing dealership and reconstructive work including, but not limited to the following: concrete foundation and timber pilings for new addition, 2-story structural steel and cold-formed framed steel building, sitework, exterior cladding system, miscellaneous metal work, OH doors replacement, epoxy floor replacement, new 2-stop hydraulic lift, interior wall framing and gypsum board, electrical, plumbing, mechanical replacements, exterior site work, sidewalks, paving and sealing.
Chase Manhattan – Syracuse NY
Renovation of an existing check processing facility.
Time Warner Security – East Syracuse, NY
Renovations entire interior of an existing Time Warner Security office with select demo, set of temp restrooms, concrete cutting, pavement patches, generator enclosure, new walls, doors, windows, finishes, millwork, new restrooms and mechanicals. All work is being accomplished with very little disturbance to regular business activities at this facility.
FedEx Distribution Centers- Marcy NY and Syracuse NY
Ground out Construction of 30,000++ sq ft pre-engineered metal building for distribution center and warehouse facility with 2500 sq ft of office space. Also development of a 7 acre parcel with new site utilities – Design Build Project.
Wells Fargo Office – Syracuse NY
-Renovations to existing offices. Included minor demo and new carpeting and uplift of offices.
RPM Ecosystems Dryden Nursery – Dryden NY
CM – Site development and construction of 16 22’x96′ Hoop Houses that house the development of hardwood tree growth. This unique design-build project encompasses a complete site package with pump station, access roads and site utilities leading to the new facility.
Intertek Testing Services Inc – Cortland NY
-Various On-Site renovations, chair rail addition, wire and cable test lab and data lab renovations. Battery test facility wall reconstruction, test area renovations, safety test lab, fire lab ceiling, executive restrooms, appliance test area renovations and kitchenette. Standards library renovations, construction of lift enclosure, new protective clothing facility, interior renovation for construction of new executive offices, emergency repair of damaged test room. Construction of test facility, Design/Build of an acoustical test facility room and offices. Airquality test facility and interior renovation of ETL main office facility.
