This project consists of the development of a new six dispensers, 12 position BJ’s Wholesale Club retail fueling station including the following major elements: Underground Storage Tanks, Fuel Piping, Gas Station Canopy, Modular Kiosk and all supporting details.

Destiny USA, Syracuse, NY

This landlord work included preparing a space for the New Tenant. Drywall, concrete cutting, patching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, store front, tiling, finish work and rough-ins included in this project.

Sales Floor and Bathroom Renovations. Full store remodel with work including demolition, construction of new walls, doors, interior finishes including concrete flooring repair and refinishing, and painting – interior and exterior.

Dick’s Sporting Goods – NY

Complete renovation of the Nike area of the Dick’s Sporting Goods Store in Albany NY. Fitting rooms were constructed which included masonry veneer (both brick and stonework), carpentry, painting, racking and display renovations as well as electrical. The work was performed during regular business hours.
