303 Eddy Street – Ithaca, NY
Stair repairs – complete repair/renovation of concrete and steel entry stairs to an existing student housing apartment building.
Walsh Day Habilitation Center – Rome NY
Renovation of an existing +/- 21,000 sf strip mall to house the day rehabilitation program at Walsh Hospital, as well as the renovation of an existing hair salon and the addition of 2,000 sf to the building.
